President Director

 Indonesian Citizen. Born in 1967.

He holds a Master of Civil Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), Magister Management from University of Indonesia and BP Executive Program – Major Project Leaders, from Massachusetts Institute of technology (MIT), Boston.

He has more than 20 years of experience in managing major projects and business development of major oil & gas facilities, LNG, Geothermal and infrastructures projects.

He is a major expertise in the area of conceptual selection, engineering design, project controls, planning/scheduling, construction management, start-up/commissioning, operation management, assets commercialization, project financing, stake holders relationship and business development of major and complex project development with proven delivery of major and complex oil/gas, energy business (Power) and LNG development in the region.

His last three positions are Medco E&P Indonesia Board of Director, Medco’s Asset Development Director and Vice President of Project Capability at Medco Energi International (Corporate Project Directorate), who responsible to ensure the performance and execution of Medco’s 7 Major Projects with total development of US$ 5,6 billion.

He is really well adapted to different cultures and successfully managed national, international and multinational staff and contractors. One of the senior project general manager/VP project in Medco and BP experienced with capital intensive, latest technology development, complex infrastructures with challenging social/community setting in the region, well network within various Government entity and industrial players.


Chief Operation Officer

Indonesian Citizen. Born in 1958.

He holds Mechanical Engineer back ground from Gajah Mada University in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

He is an expert of Power Generation business development, EPC Work (Engineering, Procurement, construction and commissioning), including operation & Maintenance of IPP (Independence Power Producer) of several Gas Turbine Generator and Diesel Engine.

Prior, he worked as President Director of PT. Mitsundo Sarana, local Partner of Mitsui Finance, Japan; Business Development Manager of Van Der Horst Limited in Power Project Development.

He was a President Director in PT. Mitra Energi Batam & PT. Dalle Energy Batam. He joined first at May 2004 as a Project Manager to Engineering, Procurement and construction of 2 x 27,75 MW Gas Turbine Generator.He has also worked as Vice President operation in PT. Medco Power Indonesia (Holding company of PT. Mitra Energi Batam & PT. Dalle Energi batam).


Chief Business Development Officer

Indonesian Citizen. Born in 1972.

He holds an MBA from Lincoln University, Graduate Certificate in Corporate Finance from UC Berkeley, ext., and Bachelor of Economics (Accounting) from Trisakti University.

He has worked in the energy sector for over 20 years in a variety of positions in commercial, business development, planning and strategy, portfolio management, M&A and financial advisory.

He gained his international experience mostly when working as a regional consultant firstly with Project Advisory Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore, then Gas and Power Division of Wood Mackenzie Asia Pacific advised state-owned companies, financial institutions and private sectors in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Brunei Darussalam, Vietnam, China and Sri Lanka.

He joined Medco in 2010 served as Vice President of Strategic Planning of Medco USA for two years before returning to Indonesia, joined Medco E&P Indonesia as Head of Commercial, then Medco Energi Internasional as Head of Corporate Portfolio Management.


Chief Financial Officer

Indonesian Citizen. Born in 1977.

She graduated from University of Indonesia, for her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.

Peviously, she worked as Manager in corporate business finance in Standard Chartered Bank. She gained many experiences also asa Senior Consultant at PT PricewaterhouseCoopers FAS with the latest position as Manager.

She started her career in Medco Power Indonesia as Business Development Senior Manager in 2012, promoted as deputy of Chief Financial Officer on May 2014. Furthermore, she was officially appointed as Chief Financial Officer on November 2014 to direct support Business Development and Operation on all strategic. She also in charge for tactical matters related to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and securing of new funding.
