{"id":60525,"date":"2025-10-24T08:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-10-24T01:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/medcopower.co.id\/?p=60525"},"modified":"2026-05-18T17:25:12","modified_gmt":"2026-05-18T10:25:12","slug":"medco-power-holds-culture-workshop-fostering-transformative-leadership-amid-change","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/medcopower.co.id\/id\/medco-power-holds-culture-workshop-fostering-transformative-leadership-amid-change\/","title":{"rendered":"Medco Power Gelar Culture Workshop: Tumbuhkan Transformative Leadership di Tengah Perubahan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sebagai bagian dari rangkaian Program Transformasi Medco Power, jajaran Board of Directors dan para pemimpin senior perusahaan mengikuti Culture Workshop pada akhir Oktober lalu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Workshop ini menghadirkan Ahmad Yuniarto, BCG Senior Advisor sebagai fasilitator, yang berbagi perspektif mendalam mengenai Transformative Leadership untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kegiatan ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari hasil culture survey yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya, sekaligus memberikan sudut pandang baru mengenai budaya kepemimpinan, yang tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek kognitif pekerjaan, tetapi juga pada pengelolaan emosi dan dinamika individu di dalam organisasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sesi dibuka dengan aktivitas reflektif menggunakan LEGO Serious Play, di mana para peserta bekerja dalam kelompok untuk merepresentasikan persepsi mereka tentang perusahaan, situasi, dan transformasi yang sedang berjalan. Hasil akhir dari aktivitas ini adalah penentuan prioritas inisiatif dari masing-masing kelompok.
