Requirements :Â
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineer
- Experiences Minimum and 5 (years) years experience as Engineer at Power plant
- Experience in the electrical maintenance especially in Coal Fired Power Plant
- Have management and leadership skills · Proficient in operating Microsoft office
- Fluently both speaking and written in English · Have the skills and knowledge of Power Plant.
- Willingness to relocate in Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur
E&I Technician
Tarutung – North Sumatera
Job Description :Â
- Perform maintenance work such as overhauling, repair, calibration, and testing of all plant electrical equipment and instruments base on established manufacturer standards;
- Maintain plant calibration database. Perform scheduled calibrations;
- Perform preventive maintenance job on all plant electrical equipment, instruments and DCS control equipment based on established Computerized Maintenance Management System quality standards and schedules;
- Conduct routine inspection and monitoring of all electrical, instrumentation, DCS control system and 150kV line protection system equipment conditions and performs functional check to ensure optimum reliability of the equipment/instrument;
- Report immediately to his superior any indications of abnormal conditions based on established standards set by the department;
- Perform Call-Out and On-call duties as required by operations to minimize or prevent plant downtime;
- Assist the Operations Section during start up, test and initial operation of newly overhauled plant equipment facilities, and ensure that the equipment and control are in good operating condition and optimum reliability;
- Troubleshoot and recommend appropriate actions or solutions to eliminate future reoccurrences;
- Ensure that any instrument or equipment repairs/calibrations performed by outside contractors are within the acceptable standards of the company;
- Assist during conduct of periodic parts and equipment inventory;
Execute installation works of any plants’ facility instrument upgrading or rehabilitation project, if any, as directed by his superior; - Maintain tools and precision instrument or equipment under his responsibility and ensures that they are in good working conditions;
- Monitor contractors’ activities, workmanship and progress to ensure compliance to specifications, standards and agreed work durations;
- Execute health, security, environmental and safety rules and regulations of the company;
- Practice recommended behaviors that adhere to the core values of the company;
- Implement and comply with company rules and policies;
Requirements :Â
- Graduate of Diploma 3 Degree preferably in Electrical/Computer or Electronics Engineering;
- Minimum 5 years technical experience in power plants or similar heavy industry, experience with geothermal facilities is an advantage;
- Good planning and computer programming skills;
- Good communication and reporting skills both verbal and in writing, specifically in English language;
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays and overtime as necessary;
- Willingness to travel and relocate in Tarutung, North Sumatra;
- Multi-cultural knowledge and working experience.
Operation Shift Coordinator (CFSPP Timor-1)
Job Description :
- Organize Operators in recording and observing engine operation parameters
- Set up the Operators assignment at the time of the shift
- Periodic observation of supporting equipment in the field and delegating to Operators
- Compile and summarize logbook of all parameters to Operation Engineer
- Coordination and cooperation with PLN WRKR or PLN Dispatcher and gas supplier
- Responsible to achieve production targets

Qualification :
- Bachelor degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Have a knowledge of Coal Fired Power Plant
- Experienced in operation of Coal Fired Power Plant
- Have management and leadership skills
- Fluently both speaking and written in English
- Able to operate Microsoft Office and any related Power Plant Software
- Minimum 3 (three) years experiences as Unit Controller CCR of Coal Fired Power Plant
- Willingness to relocate in NTT (Kupang)

Shift Leader (O&M Ijen)
Job Description :
- Responsible for the proper start-up, operation and shutdown of all steam field and plant equipment. Performs start-up of turbine/generator sets and synchronizes with and places them on the grid;
- Reads meters and gauges or automatic recording devices at specified intervals to verify operating conditions. Records data such as temperature, running hours, pressure and levels as necessary;
- Responsible for maintaining Control Room logs and log books. Ensuring that all logs are taken in a timely, accurate and complete manner including those of the Plant Technicians. Reviews all logs and ensures that no parameter deviation left unattended and unreported to the Operations and Site Managers;
- Analyze operations data to determine degradation of performance in a timely manner. Reports any problems and suspected problems to superior;
- Coordinate causality control measures during plant upset conditions including containment, control and corrective actions;
- Inspect equipment visually at periodic intervals to detect malfunction or need for repair, adjustment or lubrication;
- Prepare timely and accurate routine operations reports and outage reports as necessary;
- Conduct regular inspection of maintenance tasks done during the shift and make sure that all personnel working on shift including the contractors are working safely and efficiently in accordance with safety procedures and work standards. Ensures safe work permit policies and procedures are strictly adhered to;
- Make sure that the operators preventive schedules not delegated to the Maintenance discipline are performed. Typical tasks include but not limited to: routine equipment testing, vibrations, maintaining lubrication levels in electric motors, pump bearing assembly and gear reducers..
- Responsible to ensure safe, efficient and effective operation of all systems during all phases of operation such as but is not limited to: high and low pressure steam, circulating water, gas removal, main condensate, fire protection system, etc.;
- Oversee corrective maintenance works as well as quality checks of maintenance activities undertaken in coordination with the Maintenance Manager and other maintenance personnel;
- Maintain the plant lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) register in accordance with the approved procedure;
- Inform the Operation Manager of any significant problems and/or process deviation;
- Communicate with PLN dispatcher concerning hourly generation schedules, switching orders, load curtailments and other related matters including steam field conditions;
- Acts as the Emergency Coordinator’s designee and follows the Emergency Contingency Plan in case of an Emergency;
- Formulates training programs for team members in coordination with the training personnel;
- Maintain good housekeeping and high standards of safety in the workplace at all times;
- Performs minor corrective tasks to maintain high availability and reliability;
- Read revenue meters in coordination with the Performance/Process Engineer when needed
- Execute health, security, environmental and safety rules and regulations of the company;
- Practice recommended behaviors that adhere to the core values of the company;
- Implements and complies with company rules and policies;
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned by superiors
Job  Requirements :
- Graduate of Bachelor Engineering Degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Chemical);
- Good communication and reporting skills both verbal and in writing, specifically in English language;
- Good computer skills; MS Office is mandatory;
- Minimum 5 year technical experience in power plants or similar heavy industry, including 2 years minimum at geothermal facilities;
- Having experiences in multi-national project delopment performed in various countries is desirable but not essential;
