M&R Engineer (MPI)

Job Location : Jakarta

Job Description : 

  • Drive the implementation of M&R and A&OI practices within MPI assets and O&Ms.
  • Conduct M&R and A&OI goal alignment sessions and knowledge-sharing sessions with MPI assets and O&Ms to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate lessons learned sessions on new facilities operations to project, including inputs to Project Management Framework (MPEP), to improve future project implementations.
  • Continuously improve M&R and A&OI processes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and safety.
  • Provide guidance and facilitation for the development of maintenance programs, including tasks such as Asset Register creation, Equipment Criticality Analysis, and Failure Defense Task (FDT) development.
  • Support capability development for M&R and A&OI skill requirements within the organization.
  • Develop critical M&R services contracts commonly required by assets and O&Ms, ensuring quality control of technical content.
  • Develop inspection, test & maintenance (ITM) practice standards for major/critical equipment to ensure consistency and reliability in maintenance activities.
  • Serve as a power user for software systems such as SAP-BPM, and automate maintenance program and equipment metrics.
  • Conduct CMMS implementation audits to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Provide facilitation for asset maintenance program reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive reliability improvement initiatives through Defect Elimination (DE) processes.
  • Perform quality checks for Midi-Level 2 and Maxi-Level 3 RCA findings and ensure identification and buy-in of latent causes in stakeholder meetings.
  • Disseminate best practices and lessons learned throughout the MPI organization to enhance overall performance and reliability.

Qualifications :

  • 3 or more years of Power Plant, manufacturing, or other industry experience as a Maintenance & Reliability engineer preferred.
  • Familiarity with Maximo and/or SAP applications programming.
  • Familiar with RCM, FME(C)A or other proactive maintenance program.
  • Certified M&R Engineering related like CRE, CMRP would be an advantage.

Geo Chemist (MGS – Sarulla)

Job Location : Tarutung, North Sumatra

Job Description :

  • Monitor steam and brine fluid quality thru periodic sampling and analyzing and provide copies of the results to the Plant Manager, Operation and Maintenance Supervisors;
  • Monitor production and reinjection wells conditions through periodic well testing, sampling and analyzing of well head parameters and provide copies of the results to the Plant Manager, Operation and Maintenance Supervisors;
  • Prepare well maintenance planning in coordination with Plant Operation and Maintenance Department;
  • Maintain a high degree of reliability and accuracy of laboratory instruments and equipment;
  • Ensure availability of laboratory supplies, chemicals, reagents and other consumables;
  • Provide support to the operations and maintenance activities requiring laboratory services;
  • Execute health, security, environmental and safety rules and regulations of the company;
  • Practice recommended behaviors that adhere to the core values of the company;
  • Implement and comply with company rules and policies;
  • Perform other related duties that may be assigned by superiors.


  • Graduate of Diploma 3 Degree in in major related to chemistry;
  • Minimum 5 year technical experience in power plants or similar heavy industry, preferably with 2 years minimum at geothermal facilities;
  • Good computer skills; MS Office is mandatory;
  • Good communication and reporting skills both verbal and in writing, specifically in English language;
  • Having experiences in multi-national project development performed in various countries is desirable but not essential;
  • Familiar with laboratory apparatus and sample analysis methodology;
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays and overtime as necessary;
  • Willingness to travel and relocate in Tarutung, North Sumatra.

Accounting Specialist (MRPR)

Job Description :

  • Maintain, analyse, and review daily GL account
  • Prepare and process all transactions in compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations. Also ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Prepare and analyse Financial Statements for internal and regulatory purposes (Balance Sheet, P&L reports, Cash flow)
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
  • Maintain petty cash, reconcile expenses, and perform monthly bank reconciliations
  • Maintain real-time bookkeeping in the back-office system for all daily expenses
  • Record and reconcile assets, expenses, accrual, other receivables/ payables, trial balance, GL, and more, every month
  • Support internal and external auditors with data and information, follow up, and verify auditor reports and adjustments
  • Reconcile taxes (VAT, WHT, DTA/DTL)
  • Collaborate with other functions related to cases, and finance and accounting projects


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Very fluent in English (oral and written)
  • 2-4 years of experience in finance, accounting roles, preferably working experience in KAP
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
  • Proficiency in Accounting/ Finance software as well as Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheet
  • Excellent ability to problem solves along with solid analytical skills, and understanding of the business process
  • A meticulous and detailed person with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional teams

Operation Shift Coordinator (CFSPP Timor-1)

Job Description :

  • Organize Operators in recording and observing engine operation parameters
  • Set up the Operators assignment at the time of the shift
  • Periodic observation of supporting equipment in the field and delegating to Operators
  • Compile and summarize logbook of all parameters to Operation Engineer
  • Coordination and cooperation with PLN WRKR or PLN Dispatcher and gas supplier
  • Responsible to achieve production targets

Responsible for Security, Safety, Health and Environment of work area

Qualification :

  • Bachelor degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
  • Have a knowledge of Coal Fired Power Plant
  • Experienced in operation of Coal Fired Power Plant
  • Have management and leadership skills
  • Fluently both speaking and written in English
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office and any related Power Plant Software
  • Minimum 3 (three) years experiences as Unit Controller CCR of Coal Fired Power Plant
  • Willingness to relocate in NTT (Kupang)

Project PV – Specialist AMDAL & ESIA


  1. Will be reporting to the HSESS Manager
  2. Responsible for Environmental Permit Documents (AMDAL/UKL-UPL) for Solar PV, including coordinating with the related consultant and external parties
  3. Engage with the related Government Agencies, such as EPA (national/regional), DPMPTSP, Regional Spatial Planning Agency, etc.
  4. Coordinate with internal and external parties regarding the preparation of the required documents & data for environmental permit (AMDAL/UKL-UPL) application, including compliance with the regional spatial planning (RTRW), and coordination with the related stakeholders, such as partners and the lenders.
  5. Engage and coordinate with the consultant regarding the ESIA study and document preparation as required by the lender.
  6. Assist the team in communication with the lender regarding the progress update on the Environmental Permits & Environmental Document (ESIA) completion.


  1. Proven work experience as a Specialist AMDAL & ESIA or a similar role
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering/Biology/equal
  3. Min 5 years experience in related industry
  4. Complete understanding of Environmental law and regulations in Indonesia
  5. Complete understanding of the IFC Principle Equator for ESIA compliance
  6. Min 3 years experience in preparing, submitting, and executing AMDAL & ESIA documents. It is preferable to have someone who has dealt with E&S teams from international lenders, such as IFC, ADB, JBIC, etc.
