Contract Engineer
- Provide administrative support to the Project Control Manager, Contracts Administration in the development,
- Prepare contracting plan, contract documents and assist in Contracting management;
- Assist in facilitating compliance to the contract, advise on contractual matters and interpret the contract;
- Review of project correspondences received and advise on problem areas together with identification of any changes/additions/deletions to the contract;
- Support in the preparation and negotiation subcontract agreements
- Assist PCM in warranties, performance bonds and insurance and ensure that they are in place in accordance with the main contract and any subcontract conditions.
- Support PCM in drafting contractual correspondences and follow ups
- Ensure that clear and accurate records of contractual matters are maintained to monitor key dates, against the dates defined in the main contract and any subcontracts;
- Ensure that notices and certificates are issued and received in accordance with the contract;
- Assist in reviewing and processing of Contractor’s monthly payment certificates
- Minimum bachelor degree in engineering from reputable university
- Minimum 7 years work experience as integrator engineering roles (project/process/coordinator) in power plant business. Experience in PV EPC works is a plus point
- Great communication and managerial skills
- Interface with multi-background team is a must
- Adaptive, problem solver, timeline discipline
- Able to make practical decision using all available tools
- Willing to relocate in remote area
Project Control Manager
- Develop contracting strategy required for the Project
- Supervise Project Planning, Control & Support Lead, Planner, Cost Control & Contract Engineer.
- Directed, developed and established project management planning & control system.
- Coordinate to prepare, monitoring / expediting and evaluating of the project engineering activities in work area: budgeting & cost control, project scheduling & progress control, and related services contracts.
- Ensure that the engineering’s workloads & Project execution can be accomplished on schedule, within budgeting and the whole activities can be under control regularly by progress reporting & documentation system in accordance with Company’s and International Oil & Gas Industry Standard Requirements.
- Coordinate & supports budget proposal up to Government approval.
- Develop & update project plan for each EPCs.
