Indonesian citizen, born in 1965, appointed as President Commissioner of the Company since 2017.
Earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology in 1989, and Master of Business Administration from the University of Leicester in 2003. Previously, he was Vice President Government Affairs & Business Support Premier Oil Indonesia in 2011- 2015, General Manager Operations/Start-Up Manager Tangguh LNG, BP Indonesia in 2008-2011, Executive Assistance to COO Atlantic LNG Trinidad & Tobago in 2007-2008, Vice President “Semberah” Asset VICO Indonesia in 2004-2006, Vice President Supply Chain Management VICO Indonesia in 2001-2004 dan Audit & Internal Control Manager BP Indonesia in 2001.
Currently, he also serves as Director & Chief Administrative Officer of PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk.
DARMOYO DOYOATMOJO

Indonesian citizen, born in 1951, appointed as Commissioner of the Company since 2011.
Earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology in 1975, and Master of Business Administration in 1990 and Master of Science in 1991 in the field of Finance & Business Economy from the University of Southern California, United States of America. Previously, he held several managerial positions in MedcoEnergi group of companies from 1980 to 2011, with the last position as President Director and CEO of PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk.
M. TEGUH PAMUJI
Independent Commissioner
Indonesian citizen, born in 1957, appointed as Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2018.
Earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Universitas Indonesia in 1983, and a Master’s Degree in Law in 2002 from Universitas Indonesia. Previously, he held several positions in the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (1990-2018), with the last position as Secretary General.
