Internship Digital IT Admin & Support
Jakarta (Hybrid)
Job Purpose:
As a Digital IT Admin & Support, you act as a liaison between IT operations, administration, vendors, and the support team. Your primary focus is on managing IT administration and inventory, as well as handling Level 2 support escalations, to ensure IT services run effectively and are well documented.
Job Description:
A. Digital IT Administration
- Manage and process IT vendor invoices (ISP, software, hardware, and IT services)
- Create, monitor, and close IT Service Requests (ITSR), purchase requests, and related IT approvals
- Administer IT vendor contracts and SLAs
- Prepare and maintain IT documentation (light SOPs, service logs, contract records)
- Prepare IT administrative reports (monthly/ad hoc)
- Act as a coordination liaison between users, vendors, and shared IT services
B. Inventory & Asset Management (Main Focus)
- Manage IT asset inventory:
- Laptops, PCs, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Perform:
- Asset tagging and recording
- Updates on asset movements (user, location, status)
- Monitoring of IT asset lifecycle
- Handle device handover and take-back for users (joiners, movers, leavers)
- Coordinate with vendors and shared services for:
- Repairs
- Replacements
- Warranty claims
- Ensure inventory data remains accurate and audit-ready
C. IT Support – Level 2 (Non-L1)
- Handle escalations from the Service Desk (Level 1) related to:
- Non-standard PC & laptop issues
- Mobile device configuration issues
- Access to specific applications
- Perform initial analysis before escalating to:
- Vendors
- Shared services teams
- Verify solutions before closing tickets
- Act as a subject matter support for specific user cases
- Do not handle Level 1 tickets directly (first call)
Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Information Management or a related field
- Experience in IT Admin, IT Support, IT Operations
- Experience in Corporate Environment is a plus
Administrative Skills
- Experience in managing ITSR, invoices, and vendor coordination
- Detail-oriented and well-organized in documentation and reporting
- Familiar with internal approval processes and workflows
- Able to multitask (administrative and technical coordination)
Technical Skills (Level 2 Support)
- Intermediate troubleshooting for Windows laptops/PCs
- Basic hardware and software diagnostics
- Setup and support for mobile devices (Android/iOS – email, work applications)
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN/Wi-Fi awareness)
- Familiar with escalation processes and the ticket lifecycle

- Support the management of timesheets and tasks for the project support team.
- Handle administrative tasks for the implementation of assessments for engineers, operators, and technicians.
- Provide general support to ongoing projects, including coordination, documentation, and follow-up to ensure project activities run effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline, preferably an engineering major.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
