Warehouse Supervisor (CFPP – TIMOR 1)
We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor with strong leadership and inventory management skills to support our Operation & Maintenance (O&M) team at a Coal-Fired Power Plant. This position is critical in ensuring the availability, accuracy, and safe storage of all spare parts and consumables required for plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and control the storage of spare parts and consumables in accordance with established Inventory Management Procedures, Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Letters of Introduction (SP).
- Coordinate and ensure the timely delivery and issuance of spare parts/consumables to plant users.
- Maintain the cleanliness, integrity, and safety stock levels of all warehouse materials.
- Monitor and update inventory records in the warehouse management system, ensuring real-time accuracy.
- Utilize and operate IBM Maximo or similar Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Conduct periodic stock checks, cycle counts, and participate in year-end inventory audits.
- Ensure Security, Safety, Health, and Environmental (SSHE) compliance in all warehouse activities.
- Foster good communication and coordination with both internal departments (Maintenance, Operations, Procurement, etc.) and external stakeholders (vendors, suppliers, contractors).
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other relevant fields.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or inventory management, preferably within power plant operations, mining, oil & gas, or other heavy industrial environments.
- Proven experience with IBM Maximo system or other equivalent warehouse management/inventory software.
- Have Forklift SIO is preferable
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of inventory control processes, material handling, and warehousing best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Willingness to relocate in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara
Operation Manager (CFSPP Sulut-1)
Job Description :
- To ensure that the plants are always at its optimum capacity by continuously evaluating its performance, system design, operations and maintenance methods associated with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Supervise development and implementation standard procedures and practices for the plant operation and maintenance.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate plant performance in terms of efficiency, productivity, reliability, availability, health, environment, and cost.
- Conducting review and recommend changes in operation and maintenance methods and in design of system, equipment or components to maximize assets life, minimize operating cost and optimize performance and strengthen health, safety and environmental standards
- Maintain the performance of existing plant operation and maintenance standards and benchmark against best practice.
- Ensure emerging technologies and materials to ensure that power plant operation and maintenance standards are aligned to best industry practice;
- Evaluates the training needs of the maintenance personnel and coordinate with HR
Requirements:Â
- Bachelor degree of Electrical/Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering
- Experience in PLTU Operation min 7 years
- Having Project Management Skills
- Having strong Leadership
- Good computer skills, be able to operate Microsoft Office, and any related power plant software
- Good communication skill both verbal and in writing, specifically in English language
- Willingness to relocate in Bolaang Mongondow, North Sulawesi
Unit Supervisor (CFSPP TIMOR-1)
Job Description :
- Assist Make improvements under the Operator Leader approval of the engines and their support equipment
- Assist in recording and observing engine operation parameter data and reporting to superiors in case of equipment interruption
- Periodic monitoring of supporting equipment in the field
- Prepare the supporting data for the manufacturing of enginery operation report
- Coordination and cooperation with PLN WRKR or PLN Dispatcher and gas supplier
- Provide maximum support in achieving production targets
- Responsible for Security, Safety, Health and Environment of work area
Requirements :Â
- Bachelor degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 (three) years experience as Operator in Coal Fired Power Plant
- Have knowledge of Operation in Coal Fired Power Plant.
- Fluently both speaking and written in English
- Willingness to relocate in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara
BOP Operator (CFSPP Timor-1)
Job Description :Â
- In charge of the assigned plant during normal and incident operation.
- Operate the plant with the agreement of the Unit Controller.
- Provides a field supervision service to outside the control rooms during normal and incident operation.
- In the event of a Unit Trip or on the instruction of a Shift leader /UC/AUC, immediately reports to the Control Room. They assists the Shift leader/UC/AUC during any incident by monitoring plant conditions.
- To assist the UC/AUC during planned start-ups. This role depends on the number and urgency of technical problems existing at the time.
- Operate the equipment from local control room with guidance from Unit Controller from Central Control Room.
- Provide daily report to the Unit Controller and ensure there is no problems or anomalies in the main plant
- Check and control the field situation by doing inspection and field visit, to ensure system and process in the condition as reported
Requirements :Â
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3)
- Minimum 1 years experience in fixed plant , heavy equipment or utilities operator or fresh graduate Preferable knowledge in fire protection and fire fighting
- Preferable knowledge in electrical (high voltage)
- Knowledge in basic mechanical (bearing system, hydraulic system, rotating equipment etc)
- Capable to think and solve problems logically
- Willingness to relocate in North Sulawesi
Procurement Supervisor (CFSPP Timor-1)
Job Description :
- Coordinate and direct the activities that related to Procurement in a cost efficiency and timely manner to support organization effectiveness.
- Develop Procurement procedure
- Manage procurement procedure from User to supplier
- Ensure the part / equip is as per user request
- Recording and manage the purchase process document.
- Responsible for Security, Safety, Health and Environment of work area
Requirements:Â
- Bachelor degree in all major
- Fluent in Procurement procedures
- Fluently both speaking and written in English
- Having strong Leadership
- Having knowledge in computerized program used in the procurement
- Proficient in communicating well with internal and external company
- Minimum 5 years in Logistic or warehouse.
- Willingness to relocate in NTT (Kupang)
