Internship Admin O&M
Jakarta
Job descriptions:
- Work closely with the O&M Assets Team: MPES, MGS and TJBPS
- Administrative processes such as settlement of corporate credit card O&M Platform personnel
- Manager travel arrangements, including hotel reservations, transportation and itinerary preparation
- Preparation for mobilization, including accommodation and transportation for new personnel and O&M Assets
- Assists in ensuring that financial matters are handled in a timely manner through internal processes
- Organise a weekly report for the Vice President and General Manager of Operations and Maintenance Services.

Internship Industrial Relations

Job descriptions:
• Assist with the administration of Industrial Relations activities
• Support the preparation and updating of Industrial Relations (IR) documents
• Assist in the implementation of Bipartite Cooperation Institution (LKS Bipartite) activities
• Support the recording and documentation of disciplinary cases and industrial disputes
• Assist in supporting the socialization of company regulations or collective labor agreements
Requirements:
• Active university students or fresh graduates from public universities, majoring in: Law (preferably Labor Law or Civil Law)
• Minimum final-year students (6th or 7th semester) for internship applicants
• Understanding the fundamentals of: Indonesian Labor Laws (Manpower Law, Job Creation Law, and related Government Regulations)
• Able to work with confidential data and documents
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Possess strong integrity and good work ethics
