PT Medco Power Indonesia, through its subsidiary PT Pembangkitan Pusaka Parahiangan (PPP), received an award from PLN UP3 Cianjur in recognition of its participation in the free electricity installation program for underprivileged households in the Cianjur region.
The award was presented by Andre Pratama Djatmiko, Manager of PLN UP3 Cianjur, on June 3, 2025, at Wisma PLN Puncak Ciloto, Cianjur. In his remarks, he expressed his appreciation and gratitude to PPP for its contribution in expanding electricity access to communities in need.
As the operator of a 9 MW Mini Hydro Power Plant (PLTM) in the Cianjur area, PPP plays a vital role in supporting local energy resilience. Raja Noerhadi, Vice President of IPP Operation at Medco Power, stated, “We are proud to contribute to this meaningful program. Providing access to electricity is a fundamental step in improving quality of life and community well-being. Our commitment to this CSR initiative will continue in alignment with our vision to positively impact the environment and communities surrounding our operations.”
