In a big company like MedcoEnergi, strong alignment between leadership and operational team is key to achieving sustainable success. Thus, the Company once again held its annual Safari Ramadan and Management Visit program from March 10-14, reinforcing the commitment to fostering synergy, collaboration and shared values across all levels of the organization.
Held in the month of Ramadan – a time that embodies reflection and togetherness, this year’s program spanned four strategic assets: Rimau, Suban, Matak, and Ijen. Through the activity, the management had the opportunity to engage in direct discussions with Leadership Team and Employees at each location, as well as to receive presentations on ongoing projects and various operational challenges faced on the ground. These exchanges were crucial moment in aligning strategic priorities, while empowering employees to voice their aspirations and concerns, while also providing a space for management to offer support in achieving optimal operational targets.
Visits to the Matak, Block B and Suban, Corridor assets were conducted simultaneously on March 10–11, 2025. Matak received a visit from Bapak Ignatius Tenny Wibowo. Meanwhile, the Suban asset was visited by Ibu Yani Panigoro, Bapak Amri Siahaan, and Bapak Tri Laksono.
Meanwhile, Visits to Kaji and Ijen took place on March 13–14, 2025. Kaji received visits from Bapak Ronald Gunawan, Bapak I Nyoman A. Sidi Mantra, and Bapak Irfan Eka Wardhana.
Meanwhile, the Ijen asset was visited by Bapak Hilmi Panigoro, Ibu Yani Panigoro, Bapak Amri Siahaan, Bapak Eka Satria, Bapak Imron Gazali and Ibu Myrta Sri Utami.
During each visit, management expressed high appreciation for the dedication and productivity of all employees during Ramadan. Through the activity, it is hoped the spirit of togetherness and synergy across all levels of the organization will be further strengthen, enabling MedcoEnergi to continue to grow and contribute optimally to the national energy industry.
