PT DEB was established in March 2005. As an Independent Power Producer (IPP), DEB using Combined Cycle Power plant 2×27.5 MW Rolls Royce Aero Derivative RB211-GT and 20.6 MW STG Kawasaki. DEB has reach commercial operation in April 2006 (Gas Turbine) and in March 2010 (Combined Cycle)
