Job Description:

• System Management and Configuration:
  – Assist in ensuring data integrity by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of assets, equipment, and maintenance activities.
• Data Entry and Analysis:
  – Input data related to assets into management systems and spreadsheets.
  – Assist in data analysis by identifying trends, inefficiencies, or discrepancies in asset performance.
  – Generate reports and assist with the presentation of findings to support decision-making.
• Computerized Maintenance Management System:
  – Assist with monitoring asset maintenance schedules, ensuring preventive maintenance tasks are completed on time.
  – Support the use and maintenance of asset management software (e.g., CMMS, ERP systems).
  – Help ensure that data in the software is accurate and up-to-date.
• Reporting and Documentation Support:
  – Help create and update asset management reports, including asset performance, utilization, and maintenance logs.
  – Assist in preparing documentation for audits, financial reporting, and compliance purposes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Physics Engineering.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
• No prior work experience required, though internships or coursework in asset management, engineering, finance, or supply chain are a plus.

Job Description:

• Commercially review relevant clauses of existing PJBTL contracts for optimization, extension, etc.
• Draft amendments to PJBTL contracts for optimization, extension, etc.
• Assist the Commercial team in stakeholder engagement related to gas supply and allocation optimization.
• Assist the Commercial team in economic analysis of simulations and economic reports prepared by the economist team.
• Assist the Commercial team in analyzing gas demand requirements for electricity based on the RUPTL published by PLN.
• Assist the Commercial team in monitoring the Singapore power market.

• Monitoring CI Project Implementation:

1. Monitor the implementation of CI projects to ensure alignment with agreed plans.
2. Identify potential challenges during project execution and suggest solutions to address them.

• Reporting CI Progress:

1. Prepare periodic reports on CI project progress, including achievements, challenges, and follow-up plans.
2. Present reports to management and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Active university student majoring in Engineering
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience or knowledge in CI methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) is a plus.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other relevant software.
