Medco Power Indonesia held a series of strategic corporate agendas to reinforce its transformation direction and organizational readiness for 2026 through the Leaders’ Strategic Transformation Meeting 2026 and the Medco Power Townhall: Team Performance Contract (TPC) & Key Performance Indicator (KPI) 2026.
Both events served as key platforms to align strategies, work plans, performance targets, and commitments among Medco Power leaders and employees, including its subsidiaries, to achieve the 2026 targets and support sustainable business growth.
The first agenda, The Leaders’ Strategic Transformation Meeting 2026 was held on 30–31 January 2026 and attended by 71 leaders from Medco Power and its subsidiaries. The forum focused on discussing the Company’s strategic direction, the continuation of transformation programs, and the alignment of work plans and performance targets as reflected in the 2026 TPC and KPI.

President Commissioner of Medco Power, Bapak Amri Siahaan, emphasized the importance of organizational capability to ensure effective strategy execution. Each team member is expected to clearly understand their role and possess the necessary competencies to enable optimal and sustainable performance achievement.
The agenda continued with Medco Power Townhall: TPC & KPI 2026 on 6 February 2026, held in a hybrid format and attended by all Medco Power and subsidiary employees. The town hall served as a platform to communicate the Company’s performance targets outlined in 2026 TPC and KPI.

On this occasion, Medco Power Indonesia President Director, Bapak Eka Satria, reaffirmed that the energy sector remains a strategic industry essential to society. He highlighted that in 2025, Medco Power successfully achieved its targets, reflecting the Company’s strong position on the right growth trajectory and its continued relevance to long-term energy needs.
From a performance perspective, Medco Power recorded a new electricity sales record of 4,371 GWh and achieved 33% EBITDA growth. The Company also successfully completed three major projects Ijen Project, ELB Add-On, and East Bali Project which reached their Commercial Operation Date (COD) in 2025.
With a diversified portfolio spanning geothermal, gas, and solar PV, Medco Power is well-positioned to meet the growing national electricity demand, particularly in renewable energy. Beyond performance achievements, Bapak Eka also emphasized that Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) remain the Company’s top priority. All employees are expected to act as leaders in promoting safety culture and serve as role models for partners and contractors in the field.
Through this series of strategic initiatives, Medco Power reaffirms its commitment to strengthening business transformation, enhancing operational and financial performance, and embedding a strong safety culture as the foundation for sustainable growth.
